I am nearing the end of my second week of hanging and was wandering about a few things.

When I wrap, it does not look like those drawings by bib, that is i don’t wrap as tight or as close to the head. I guess this should not matter so much, as the wrap is simply used to protect against damage to your member?

Secondly, I have been hanging BTC, but I tried lying on my bed with my feet on the floor and back on my bed. Man, the stretch/pull is much different than simply sitting in a chair, I feel the stretch go further inside toward my stomach and after this session my dick is much more stressed. Anyone use this method and if so what sort of feedback do you have.

Also I hear guys use heating pads, are these simple plug in the wall type things or have have I missed the boat?

That is correct. Wrap in the area that you wish to attach. Could be closer to the base, but remember, that will tend to stretch more skin.

The wrap should not be tight, and I am sorry the drawings make it appear that way. You should be able to take a piss while wrapped.

I did not lie on a bed while hanging BTC, but rather slid down in a chair to an almost prone position. It can be intense.

Yes. Just regular plug in heating pads.

once again thanks for replying. I also notice after a session, that naturally my dick retracts slightly somewhat as opposed to after one set when it hangs a little longer, is the key to gains maximising this after session hang as much as possible. Or is it better to let the penis rest right after a session, rather than prolonging the ‘hang’ by strecthing?

I think for most guys, the longer you can keep your penis in the extended state, the better. This is considering it is done in a healthy manner, with plenty of blood flow, etc. Very seldom did I let my penis rest for too long.

Having said that, it is not unusual to have penis creep from time to time. It might look great one day, and like crap the next. Kind of like the stock market. Really hard to judge progress, or develop opinions on a day to day basis. Week to week, or even month to month is better.
