The rest of the cylinder is the 2” diameter. This can be somewhat problematic in that it is very restrictive on my ~5.7 in base girth, and may lead to a baseball bat dick (mine is currently still a cone). Also an expanded dick has a hard time making back out of the cylinder, and I fear that the trip out of the cylinder through the ring is canceling out gains from a pumping session.
Of course the good thing about the built-in cock ring is that I never have any problem at all creating a seal at the base.
Anyone have any insight or similar experiences?
I have a similar design of the base, but it’s far from high end (only $20). Here’s the picture: Cylinder base.jpg
This type of base allows me to use 2” diameter cylinder even though my MSEG is only 5.1” (and BEG even less). Obviously those measurements are better suited for 1.75” diameter cylinder. Still, I pack the base with ease. If anything, that should help me cure my baseball bat shape. I hope to even out the girth with pumping.
Trip out of the cylinder can’t cancel out the gains because micro tears happen thanks to your penis being under the vacuum inside the cylinder. Few seconds of pressure while you’re pulling it out of the cylinder won’t miraculously cancel out the time spent under the vacuum so I don’t think you have anything to worry about.
I agree about perfect seal, I never had a leak from day 1 of pumping, even when I was trying out the equipment for the first time ever.
