A few pumping questions
I’m trying to get back to pumping and I need some advice. Is 5 days on, 2 days off a good enough schedule? If so, what’s the best way to distribute it? 5 days in a row with no breaks in between or something like 2 days on, 1 off, 3 days on, 1 off?
As for the amount of time pumping - I used to go up to 30 minutes back in 2022 before stopping. Can’t remember how much I used to do in the beginning though. Can anyone advice?
And last one - I know pumping will most certainly attribute to girth gains (if any) and not length but if I’m targeting length, what was the method?
