I’m trying to get back to pumping and I need some advice. Is 5 days on, 2 days off a good enough schedule? If so, what’s the best way to distribute it? 5 days in a row with no breaks in between or something like 2 days on, 1 off, 3 days on, 1 off?

As for the amount of time pumping - I used to go up to 30 minutes back in 2022 before stopping. Can’t remember how much I used to do in the beginning though. Can anyone advice?

And last one - I know pumping will most certainly attribute to girth gains (if any) and not length but if I’m targeting length, what was the method?

Pump is geared for girth gains whereas extending and hanging are gesred for length gains.

Once conditioned, I pumped for 20 minutes at 5 hg, two days a week, twice a day. I also extended one of my sessions for 45 minutes at 3 hg. I would also mix in pulse pumping and short periods at 8 hg. Off days were mixed in, notbschefuled

I started my pumping routine (again) this week, I’m looking to be consistent this time and go for at least 2-3 months consistently only taking weekends off. I pump for 30 minutes a session, completing 3 sessions a day. I haven’t measured yet, but according to the measurement on the pump I get up to 8 inches. I’m 6.5 inches NBPEL and 7.4 inches BPEL right now. I wanna see the results in four weeks because I see that pumping has contributed to lots of gains on here. I’ve been lurking for a while now
