A few questions
How many rest days should I have in the week, if any at all? I currently pump for 10, jelq for 10, pump for 10 and jelq for 10. I pump at about 4-5 HG and I just finished my first week. Also, as I condition my penis, would there be any benefit to increasing the pressure a little like up to 6 or 7 HG and are longer sessions more beneficial? Also I hear people talk about water pumping. How does that work exactly. Do you fill the cylinder with water and if so how much, or do you just surround the cylinder with water on the outside?
