A new beginning for me
After several years on PE, working out inconsistently and, therefore, gaining almost nothing, I decided to start again with pumping. Why pumping? One reason is that it works, at least it works for others (when it is done with consistency). The other reason is that I can free my hands and work in my computer.
How long did it take you guys to see some results?
I am at 7” BP X 5.5”. My goal is 8” BP x 6”.
The cylinder is 1.75” diameter (inside). I usually go up to 5-7 inches of Hg, never above it. If I keep a low pressure, like 4 or 5, I can hold it for 30 minutes easily with no donut or any other effect.
I believe the combination longer time / lower pressure would be more effective for me, but haven’t yet designed my routine.
I am open to all suggestions.
