Air pump vs water pump

12

I have 5 cylinders now. I don’t think I’ll ever stop pumping but maybe next year I’ll grow out of two of the cylinders. If you get a regular hand pump kit with your cylinder you can do air or water. I like the hot water to keep you warm For good expansion But can get the same effect with a heating pad and air plus walk around and do other things with air.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Back to the original question:

1. I believe that any pump without a gauge is really asking for trouble, especially given the low cost of putting together a gauged pump system.

2. I’ve been doing water pumping (in three hot/hot/cold cycles) since the beginning when I ran into my first donut doing a quick air pump. Since that time, what I have recently discovered is that I am actually seeing better expansion and the same low negatives with air pumping that I was getting with water pumping.

Per the experts here, I have been experimenting in a manner that stops (time and/or pressure) if there are any negatives - excessive edema (hard since I’m circumcised). I stayed with water pumping because of the better (assumed) heat maintenance and better (assumed) injury prevention.

Over the past week, I have switched to air pumping, same parameters and routine as with water and seen better expansion with air and maintained the no negative goals. So my recent experience would indicate that air can be just as safe as water pumps, may provide better results and is a heck of a lot more convenient. The main things are to use a gauge and go slow - incrementally per Gprent.

Good Air Pump Which Works Without Sleeve

Hi everyone

I’d like to buy an air pump which works without a sleeve.
I’ve noticed that the sleeve compresses against my penis hurting it

What is your erect girth down near the base? I need that to select your correct cylinder size. Are you currently living in India? That could restrict your pump choices.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have a way of importing any American pump into India that’s not a problem. Please recommend an American pump

Then you can choose Leluv pumps … Good one

This is my pump. Can someone tell me the range of 3-5 HG ?

Your gauge measures in MPa (outside numbers) and mmHg (inside numbers). Conversion to inHg is not difficult.

Total vacuum is

-0.1 MPa = -760 mmHg = -30 inHg

So

-5inHg = -127 mmHg = -0.017

Or

-1 inHg = -25.4 mmHg = -0.003 MPa

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I sent you this information in a message but I guess you didn’t see it:

Here you go:

You want to make sure you get the package with the pump with the gauge. Select your cylinder size using our sizing chart: Selecting Your Cylinder Size
