ANY Suck and Release Pumps Out There Besides CTC?

In my opinion, without question the suck and release technique is the best way to pump.

The CTC works great for this, but:

a. It’s noisy as hell.

b. It looks silly.

c. It’s bulky.

I love the look of the tiny compact Vacutech pumps, but they just don’t do the suck and release thing which is key.

I don’t want to sit around manually adjusting the pump with a hand pump either.

So, is there anything out there like Vacutech that will adjust the pressure up and down? Vacutech let’s you set a pressure and it just stays there.

God, if someone could combine the two, that would be the ultimate in PE as far as I’m concerned.

CTC has these benefits though:

a. Faster pump

b. No donut

c. Fewer injuries

d. Seems to work the ligs more

Anyone know where I can find what I’m looking for? Any entpreneuring pumpers out there want to build one? ;-)

I thought you could adjust the pressure on CTC XL3000 ….

from what I heard CTC XL3000 is not that noizy, at least a lot better than CTC XL2000.

Can you tell me more about the pressure, is there anything wrong with ctc gauges? can’t you adjust the pressure with ctc (that’s the whole point of Electric Pumps?. bought mine last week, so I’ll be receiving it soon. Hope I can adjust the pressure and stays where Iwant it to stay.

Lots of people say good things about it that’s why I bought it, if you know more please fill me in.

Good luck…

Hello,
I am working on a prototype right now. Patent is pending as well, as soon as i get the patent i will start a small production and sell them on my own website for around $250-$300 starting out, and will decrease as production costs come down after the intial run.

Basically my design is completely customizable as to the suck/release action, can be connected to your computer (will also come with simple control box for manual control) to control this action and is very quiet and non-conspicuous.

More details to come…

Thanks,
Aaron

Aaron,

I think you should sell it immediately. Patent Pending gives you just as much protection as the patent. If you wait for the patent, it could take a long long time.

Are you saying that with the computer you could set a range and yours would normalize to stay there? (see more below)

Mij, the problem with the CTC guage is that you have to adjust the pressure manually and keep eyeballing it. With some other electrics you can tell it “stay at 6hg” at it will keep adjusting the pressure to keep it there at a constant.

What I hope Aaron is doing is setting it up so that you could tell it “vary between x and yHG at z cycles per minute” (for example vary between 6hg and 10hg at 40 cycles a minute) and that you set it and forget it.

CTC is great, but you do have to keep your eye on the guage constantly. And since the guage is on the side of the box it doesn’t make it easy if you want to work at your computer while pumping.

I agree with Spank. I’ve had my ctc XL3000 since last Fall and it is a fabulous machine, but it does have it’s drawbacks as Spank correctly stated. For the price you pay for the 3000, it should have a better control valve because you do indeed have to readjust it every now and then, and sometimes mine spikes, so you have to be careful. The ctc is a major part of my PE along with Bib hanging and I must say that I really look forward to my pumping, but if it had the little extras like you guys describe, it would be heaven.

btw, the noise on the XL-3000 isn’t that bad, but it would be nice to have it a little quieter.

I want so badly to do a joke about my Wife, re the suck and release, but I am showing constraint. Good luck in the quest to find an answer for your question.

Ah, fugg it Sixer. Go ahead and tell us. We ain’t gonna tell.

You can do a suck a release with any electric pump very easily. You put a T fitting about 1’ down from the cylinder in the vacum line and another foot or two of hose off that with a t-valve/thumb control fitting.works real nice for suck and release!

pejunkyard,

Interesting post!

Can you give more detail about what you’re suggesting? Can you point to a website to find this equipment?

Also, do you mean that this would give a suck and release effect that you have to manually control? I’m looking for a suck and release that will occur automatically as with the CTC.

Thanks!

Hello all,
I’ve been progessing on my prototype. I have the basic functionality there, just need to design better packaging, and quiet down some things a little bit.

System is designed to operate at 12VDC, making it very easy to change to different voltage main power supply’s, such as 115, 220, 50 hz, 60 hz, etc. As is, it will work with no modifications needed on any car, boat, train, etc that has a 12V battery supply. For those running on line voltage off the power company, i will sell various versions incorporating a step down transformer.

Reason i went with DC is that all components are usually quieter, especially anything that has a motor.

Yes, spankman, you have the idea down. As most of us are usually close to a computer when pumping, i decided why not use the computer to increase laziness even further :P Frequency of the suck/release, min suction, max suction, etc etc will all be variables you can control. You can even have it operate at constant suction if you wish. I haven’t decided yet, but there will be either a tethered manual control or Infrared remote control for those who do not wish to tie up or do not have a computer.

I hope to start selling this fairly soon, more than likely within a month. I’m setting up a website for ordering online. Units will ship in discrete boxes via fedex ground. Please be patient with me as i’m working two part time jobs and taking a class at my university during the summer to try and get ahead a little bit.

Later,
Aaron

You can set up your own using a Surge milker pulsator. These things will pull up to 12" of vacuum and are adjustable from 40 to 60 stokes a minute. A very cheap vacuum pump can be had by using the motor-pump assembly from an old refrigerator. These things can pull over 20+ inches of vacuum! Surge also made a 24 volt electric pulsator. I’m getting mine tomorrow! I’ll be controlling it with a variable pulse, variable duty cycle (time on - time off) coil driver that I’m in the process of building.

You can see Surge milkers in action at: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

You’ll need to subscibe to the group in order to veiw the files. This site is heavily into the gay-bondage thing, so be forewarned. They do have some videos. You’ll have to search to find them. They also have some posts dealing with the technical aspects. Lots of good information here. But those butt-fucking machines there look downright painful!

Spankman,Yes it is manually done but very simple, you simply adjust the t-valve to what ever pressure you want then you use youre thumb to cover the hole in the t-valve fitting to go up in pressure and then take youre thumb off the hole when you want to come back down.It is very safe since you are in control of the pressure with how long you keep youre thumb on the hole.I bought my system through Dr.kaplin and that is the way it came to me,but I am pretty sure something real similar could be rigged up from the hardware store. There is a pretty good pic of what i am talking about on his site,go to drjoelkaplan.com then click on complete systems, scroll down to the “Premium mega vac pump system” and there will be a pic of a guy kinda of laid back pumping, click on the pick to enlarge it,you can then see exactly what i am talking about,he has the T-valve/thumb thumb control in his hand.I don’t see the valves listed seperately on their site but i am sure if you called them you could order a T-valve/thumb control and a three way fitting.I guess its a personal choice whether you want it fully automatic, but hey how hard is it to put youre finger on and off of a hole.I bought my pump in 1998 but I would think the thumb/valve would be under $10.

Another thing: I will sell a version for those with a standard constant vacuum pump such as the gast, vacutech, etc which will bring the cost way down.

Thanks,
Aaron

Hi Aaron,

Are you saying that if we have a vacutech, you will be selling an attachment that goes along with it and will let us control suck and release action?

If so, come out with this thing already! :P

Thanks!

Spankman
