Bad experience with Picturebrite (Page 2)

Well they want me to mail them the defective cylinder I have to pay shipping cost so F**K them I am not sending it back they seem to not understand I threw the packaging/box away and the invoice I shredded probably my fault but why cant they send a new one. I then send the defective one back in the new ones box/packaging I knew I should have kept the package and box but snoopy roomates though it was something we had ordered for the house. So how can I try and fix it I need some air tight glue.

I would contact them and ask that they send the correct size cylinder at no charge. If they want the wrong equipment back they would have to provide a postage paid package of some kind. If they didn’t want to work things out this way I would contest the charge on my credit card or through Paypal. Their fuckup should not cost you any money and very little time.
