I have a O-ring that is 1 3/4 inch that I put behind my balls sometimes before I pump or afterwards, I leave it on for a good hour, sometimes 4-6 hours. I have notice more girth gains, It’s just tight enough to hold blood in my penis longer and keeps it more plumb for the remainder.
