Balls keep getting sucked into cylinder! Please Help! Future of pumping at stake!

I’ve been pumping for a little more than two weeks and for the first time tonight, I wasn’t able to pump because either one of my balls kept getting sucked into the cylinder. Because I do steroids (and am not going to stop), my balls are not even average size. What can I do?

Please help. I really like pumping and feel as though it is a PE technique that is really working for me. What can I do? Please help!

I’m pretty sure the cylinder I got was 2” wide. What should I go with? I”m 5 3/8” EG.

My nuts have shrunk recently and I am starting to have this problem they are trying to suck into my tube kinda but they haven’t yet.

I made another go at my pumping session this evening. I was able to make it work for my normal time, but I had to take it very slowly and carefully. I think the fact that I tried to pump shortly after a workout had a little something to do with it. Maybe my balls were still slightly assended due to abdominal contraction. In the future, I’ll try only pumping prior to my workout.

Another question I have is why is this happening after more than two weeks? This has only happened a couple of times in that 2+ weeks, but tonight, I was barely able to keep it from happening repeatedly. What gives?

Also, for those of you who say that I need a smaller cylinder, do you believe that will definately fix the problem?

Do the size of my balls have anything to do with it or does it not matter?

Take up the Tao Yoga practice of Testicular Breathing. (Google it)
Use a strap or shoelace loosely fastened around your balls.
Do NOT reduce the right size of your cylinder if you mean to grow your salami (you should gradually increase it instead).

Try adding a ‘donut’ collar around the mouth of the cylinder. Available for about $10-20 online. It will be more comfortable, and will almost certainly eliminate the problem.

In the short term, if you’re lubricating, make sure you don’t get any lube around the base of your dick or on your balls. The dry friction will help prevent the extra skin from getting sucked in. Pull the skin down while you are pumping up the vacuum. You can also angle the cylinder down a bit, so that there’s more pressure between your dick and the balls, until you are at the desired vacuum.

I’m not going to stop doing steroids so save your efforts. Besides, I’ve done more research (reading published journals, etc) on that subject than you might believe. I know more about it than most doctors. Most of all the bad things you hear about anabolic steroids are fueled by media hype. There are plenty of OTC medications which are more dangerous. Never let someone else do your thinking for you and always do your own research.

Besides, I don’t want kids.

Before going in the cylinder, stretch your ball sack out to get your balls hanging as far away as possible from the edge of the cylinder. Then be careful not to get excessive lube on your scrotum. The final thing to do is start with an erection and bone press the cylinder to your groin as you start to pump up. All of these are easy and effective ways to solve you problem.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well, it doesn’t seem to be happening now. It never happened before that one incident and hasn’t happened since. I did note that I was attempting to pump closely following a workout. I can only figure that the workout caused my balls to ascend slightly into my abdomen, thus causing the problem. I haven’t attempted a pumping session post-workout since, and everything has been good.

Steroids are more dangerous than OTC medications. Responsible hormone replacement therapy with testosterone at the supervision of a doctor on the other hand is different but Im just imagining your using steroids like winstrol and dianabol. You obviously probably will have to be on hormone replacement the rest of your life because of the long term steroid use but the sooner you stop the better you will respond to hormone replacement. You don’t want to end up like jose canseco bro.
