Bathmate Scam

Although some people aren’t fans of the pump, a lot of other people are and don’t have an issue, there must be an anomaly that is causing you issues, which would have likely happened with you on any pump. (Again wondering if you’re doing to much to fast?)

Regardless of that. It is completely unprofessional and not ethical for what happened to you to have happened. Why offer a guarantee if it’s only a formality. I’m sure there is a possible solution out of this and I hope it gets resolved if you do want to go on to other ventures. Be prepared to have to describe that you were using a penis pump to some people in your efforts of a return at this point. (Hopefully that doesn’t bother you, remember they’re only strangers and you’d never have contact with them again).

Best of luck with the process!!

I originally brought the normal bathmate. They offered an upgrade (i.e. the latest hydromax) for 90 pounds more and I agreed. I had trouble with the devices they sent (valve was broken, no pressure etc) and ended up going back and forth posting the bathmate back. I finally got a working bathmate in late October 2014 and I have an email confirmation about this (even though they are claiming they didn’t send anything). I spoke to the guy on chat (given my previous working bathmate landed no results). He told me to take 2-3 weeks off and then restart for 30 days and then report back. I chose to only use the bathmate so I could give it a fair try. I followed his instructions 100%. My EQ absolutely sucked when using the bathmate in general however I thought this may be because it was growing. As a result of poor EQ my penis went smaller. I also got a stricture which the nurse had to open and told me to stop using the Bathmate. Once I stopped my EQ, size and everything returned back to normal. No more strictures etc happened. I said all of this to the Bathmate people yesterday and they dismissed everything. I did warm up always, use the Bathmate for 3 x 5 min intervals like the instructions said, didn’t over stretch, but at no point was my penis bigger in the tube for some reason. I always used it in the shower so did the warm down and left it alone after the workout and usually just slept so no reason for it to be ‘damaged’.

I agree I may be an anomaly but I genuinely followed what they said. Trust me, if it was working, I would be the happiest guy on Earth as I have had no success ever with PE.

I offered to negotiate a fair settlement fee vs full refund and they refused that too. They offered me 5 pounds which doesn’t even cover the postage cost back.

The best you can do is to post your experience in any PE forum so the bathmate will offer an agreement to stop you badmouthing them. We have several bathmate threads on here, post a link to this thread in any of them. We can make an exception for cross posting in this case I think.

Shooting8, FYI the sole people who I see being happy with the bathmate are inexperienced people.

Doesn’t this thread count?

I have brought this yes, and giving my penis 2 weeks complete rest before commencing.

Wow they offered you five pounds? That’s ridiculous, it’s basically an insult as far as I’m concerned. I’ve never had an issue with the use of my bathmate and haven’t had reasons to deal with customer service. It’s shitty you’re having some rotten luck in the pe department. Again, I guess it ties back to the fact not everything works for everyone the same way. Hopefully you have better luck with the leluv. Let us know if that works for you better!

May I ask, why are you giving more time to rest? Have you had an additional injury of some sort? I know you said you rested with the bathmate due to their advice to do so, then tried the bathmate again. Did you use it for a long period of time that you need a break? I only ask cause continued time off kind of negates the process of a pe routine, sometimes it’s absolutely necessary but if you can still do some stretches and jelqs it may be in your best interest. Just maybe hold off on pumping if that’s the concern. Unless you absolutely feel you have an injury, in which case, take the time off to heal, but still use heat!

Yes they did.

I agree not everything works for everyone the same way, but I did the right thing by keeping them constantly updated and sought help. For them to then not honor their side of the agreement is bad. If I just brought it and then went silent and then was asking for a full refund that is different but that is not the case here.

I’ve not had any injuries. I was just following the routine they gave me so there was no excuse from my side that I didn’t do as they asked.

Still no reply from them :(
