Built up lymph at the finish.does it matter

After I finish my routine, I do one hard pumping just to Stan longer big, for gain porpoise. Does it matter if I build up lymph at the routine finish just to stay big?

Increasing the amount of lymph, even though it makes you appear bigger, will not lead to gains. You should be trying to alter the structure of the tunicae not just the flesh surrounding it.

I agree with Memento. I don’t think lymph leads to gains, except for more loose skin on your shaft, if you’re trying to achieve that. Some circumcised men have used that as part of a foreskin restoration program.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Just a point. Too much Lymph build up will blacken the skin.

Everyone’s response to various modes of pumping differ. Some people will make great gains with short sessions at low pressure. Others at long sessions at high pressures. And so on and so forth in various combinations mixed in with other exercises. There really is no set standard other than to start slow and progress your routine slowly.

The key here is to pay attention to your PI’s and make adjustments accordingly(in cautious fashion).
