How’s it “hangin” Pat?… My overall impression of pumping in regards to length gains have been as follows, first you will gain girth especially if you combine with manual exercises(jelqing, stretches, squeezes..uli or horse). second, after you gain enough girth to pack the tube your penis can only expand with the length. This is what I have read in other posts concerning length gains in the tube. Take a look at my thread on cycling pressure up and down…. work those ligs baby!!! This method really concentrates on stretching the ligs to help with length, and I am finding it is great for girth which I am gaining faster(1/8” cemented erect gain in the last month!!). As my ligs became more stretched from this method I have gained about a 1/2” length increase in the tube, but has not cemented any permanent gain in EL as of yet, maybe I’m just a slower length gainer than others in this forum that say they gain length before girth. I may alter my training to 1 day pump/manual exercise and the next day DLD blasters followed with an ADS since I am getting a little impatient waiting for the length to come.
