Changing Cylinders.

How often should someone change cylinders from skinny to larger diameter for pumping? Don’t know if it makes any sense to stay on a tighter 1 for a while to lengthen. Then switch after a few months to a bigger 1. Thank you

It depends on your goals.

If you’re packing one size but want length then stick with it as there’s only one direction left for your penis to go (length).

If you’re wanting girth more than length then move to the next cylinder size up

If you are going for girth, you should move up to a larger cylinder when you pack the cylinder 3/4 of the way up.
