I got pump with gauge for about 15$ with 2 caps. One is something like ordinary rubber, another is thick silicone. I know some people are fans of perfect sizes and other stuff, but pump is pump and any works fine. That has sense only when your goal is length alone. With fitting size you would limit girth expansion.

I don’t remember seller, but it was from ali. There are hundreds of models from china online shops, so pick any. I got one with something like piston and hook and it can easily push above 16HG. Never tried more, because it’s already very-very high pressure and becomes painful. But check caps/sleeve or how it’s named, because default (black rubber or something) can be very tight and have bad seal without shaving. So i would advice to pick better one or even few. Anyway that is usually only ~1-2$ and i would advise to have few with loose and tight grip. Those work slightly different and tight grip has rather clamping effect.

I would almost guess that the $15.00 pump has no gauge. To me when I was considering a new pump it has to have a gauge. Gauge and the correct size cylinder are a must. Just as gprent has noted in pumping 101.

Going along with the correct cylinder size. Get one that is not you risk getting one or both of your testicles sucked up. Not a pleasant feeling.
