ctc dp-4000 programs

I have done many different types of programs with this pump, none quite create the slow ache of stretch that the factory program does , if ya put the slider to 1.x

For those who have this pump how do you set up your sessions?

I didn’t want to so start my own thread but I’m also interested in programs if anybody has some they want to share.

I have done many my favorites have always been pyramid shaped where you start at say 2 for 5 the go 4 for 10 and so peaking at 6 for 5-10 and the stepping back down, the expansion was great… I would go for 30 min to hours sets the blood flow is refreshed every minute but I started developing considerable fluid buildup

So when I am ready to go back to this I’ll be sure and take more days off in between

I max-out at 6 to 7 hg. For up to 10 seconds with the dp 4000. It gives a great pull.
