Cycling pressure up and down...work those ligs baby!!!

For those who have tried this technique, in terms of varying the pressure during the cycle, how high and low do you go?

Yes I would know the same.
And another:

what is the difference doing this technique
and simply grabbing the cylinder and milking it
(to vary the pressure?)

When I cycle the pressure up and down, I am also milking the tube, as I believe this aids in promoting more blood flow. You can reduce pressure down to 1-2 or even 0 on the gage, but even at zero, don’t let the vacuum fully release. Milking the tube while you do this will help you gage where you are because even at zero, while you are milking, the gage will jump.

When going back up in pressure, go up slowly to your normal target pressure. You may also want to experiment with going 2-4 in hg higher as you will not spend too much time there, but still, discoloration or bloating becomes a factor, the higher the pressure you use. As I mentioned, I kegel 20-30 times when at pressure before cycling back down. And milk the tube as I go down in pressure.

Milking the tube while holding constant vacuum is just a good way to keep circulation going during a 15 to 25 minute session. Even while pumping at constant vacuum, I am either milking the tube or doing kegels, so I get quite a work out physically.

How do you milk a glass tube?

You can’t milk a glass tube, you can only milk a plastic one!

Lately, I have been concentrating on other exercises than pumping, but when I was pumping more, I liked to vary the pressure from about 2 or 3 to 5 or 6 in Hg.

that gave a nice short term results and minimized the lymph accumulation. I did not have the commitment or ability to do it regularly and was, at that time aiming for a good seal and a long duration pump, while sleeping. That low a vacuum and the cycling seemed to be comfortable and tolerable for that length of time, based on “all day” pumping. The deal killer was the wife, she didn’t like pumping and all night pumping is not stealthy. Yes, I was a wuss, but now trying to correct that too.

After reading this thread a couple of days ago I decided to give this technique a try.

After my manual girth exercises I enter the tube erect and pump slowly up to 5hg and kegel for about 30 seconds then I release the pressure slowly down to 1hg pulling the tube back and forth as I do so (is this milking?). I will stay at 1hg for about 30 seconds and then slowly raise the pressure to 5hg again kegeling on the way up and when at the top for 30 seconds. I repeat this for 10 minutes.
When I come out of the tube I am not erect though. I cannot keep my erection while in the tube even by watching porn especially as I am concentrating on what I am doing :)

I will then jelq for 5 minutes and then enter the tube erect and repeat the interval pumping again for 10 minutes.

Also do any of you use a cockring after pumping? I don’t anymore as I found if I wore one my glans would go cold and I seemed to get more unwanted fluid swelling.

Yes, that is milking, although I would describe the tube motion more as up and down, rather then back and forth. Like you are jacking the tube off!

Sounds like you are doing everything right, but you did not say if you liked the results of this method.

One thing you should start doing is increasing your time in the tube to 15 minute intervals.

Since doing kegels, I no longer need a cockring after pumping to get a huge hardon. So, if you don’t need it or like it, don’t use it.

Thanks for your reply.
Your description of milking is a better one :)

It is too early to say about long term results from this method. I will measure again in 3 weeks time.
Short term I like that I come out of the tube without any noticeable
fluid build up.
That is also one reason why I kept my sets to 10 minutes to avoid fluid build up.
Now I know 2 x 10 minutes sets are ok with me I can try moving up to two 15 minute sets.

I can get hard after pumping but prefer to just finish my workout when I finish pumping and remain flaccid. I tried wearing a cock ring to keep my flaccid size for longer but always ended up with a mishapen cock so now I don’t use one and this has helped.

I cycle between 4.5 for low and 7.5 for high. I noticed lymph build up at the upper shaft is almost non-existance with this technique even at highish pressure.

I recently gave this method a shot and was very impressed by the results. I did 2 sets of 15 minutes instead of my normal pumping sets (3X10minutes). I started out by doing five minutes of jelqing. After that, I did my first 15 minute set. I slowly pumped up to 7 hg and did 20 kegels, then I released the pressure down to 3 hg and did 20 milks. I continued this process the entire 15 minutes. When I took it out of the tube, I had the fattest flaccid that I’d ever had, even a bit longer. I did 5 minutes of girth blasters after the first pumping set, did another 15 minute pumping set, then finished with three minutes of jelqing and two minutes of girth blasters. This technique seems to be very promising. I also noticed that when I was about to have sex with my girlfriend today that I had a much harder and more veiny erection than usual.

How do you release pressure in the tube without breaking the seal?

Ive got a Kaplan pump and it has a release valve on the side of the pump. I just gently press the valve to lower the pressure to where I want it and the seal is holds steady.

Hey Massivewang—Glad to see that you didn’t give up and are still at it. Are you begining to see any improvements yet? I was a little concerned that you might be getting a little frustrated. Keep posting results.

Steve—down the road (Kpt) from you.

Isn’t it strange that lymph build up is less in this technique?

My understanding was that lymph buildup was the result of moving up in pressure too quickly. I thought that in order to get actually CC/CS expansion it took a longer amount of time?

Or is the function of the higher pressure moments to flush old blood out and new blood in?

I too tried this in my last pumping session and somehow it was more satisfying.
