Do penis pumps work ?

Can I get permanent gains from using a pump alone and not performing any exercises such as stretching and jelqing manually, and without taking any nutritional suplements. ?

Pumping

Although there have been claims of permanent gains from pumping over time, these are far outnumbered by those who haven’t.

And whether those gains came solely from pumping is yet another question.

Damm, not very promising for me. I was considering trying it, perhaps i will do it as well as a light jelqing regime of about 15 mins per day.

I got some decent gain during the months I was pumping only and these lasted during a two week period when I couldn’t pump. Not long, I know, but I was grateful that they didn’t go away! but I’m doubtful I could have kept them long-term without some sort of continuing pumping maintenance program. IMO, it’s the jelking that sort of “cements” things.

Pumping works if you follow the instructions.

Since you bring it to top, my opinion at this:

Pumping gains will be permanent as long as you keep doing it (like any other PE exercise).


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I think that most things P.E. Related have to be maintained.

I would agree with this. I don’t think we can ever fully cement our gains.

I think pumping is the least efficient way to gains. I actually lose length, but gain girth from pumping, and it improves my EQ.

I lost gains from extenders, and hanging when I quit, but it took a number of months. My pumping gains are pretty much gone in a day or two.

I have tried ADS, but I lost gains with just ADS.

A combination of pumping, light hanging for longer periods, and ADS is what works best for me now.

I’ve found pumping to be the easiest and safest way to gain length. It’s great that we have found different ways for us all to improve.

In the end, what works for you will be as unique as your own signature. Half the battle is learning how your penis responds to PE and finding that specific routine that allows you to grow while maintaining healthy PIs.

I’ve seen a 1/4” length increase in my pump in the last week or so, using a narrow tube and lots of heat.

I have worked up to a 40 minute session with constant heat and increasing pressure as the heat allows the stretching over time.

This is the single best evidence of length increase of any sort in my entire P.E. Career.

I haven’t seen if it equates to BPEL yet which will be the true value of the practice, but my experience says that over a few months of dedicated work it will.

Or like any muscle exercise. If you build big muscles by lifting weights, you will lose the size if you stop lifting.

No mystery here, the body has a memory. Sorry, you gotta keep doing it. At least regular light maintenance.
