Hey, I’ve been thinking about potentially buying a pump. I’m already relatively girthy at ca. 5.5 inches MEG, 6 inches at the base, but would like to add more.

My main goal with PE has been to gain length (so far, approximately 1.75 cm gained). I primarily use an Extender at the moment and recently started hanging. If I add a pump to the mix, would that potentially slow my length gains down quite a bit?

And also, does pumping usually cause penis deformity over a long period? By that, I’m primarily thinking of very fat cocks where the small head no longer really matches the thickness of the cock, or some serious permanent doughnut effect toward the tip. Or is this fairly easy to avoid as long as you don’t pump as long and maybe stay at a lower pressure?

I gained all of my length due to pumping. It has not caused any deformity. With all that you’re doing it “may” affect your PI’s.

That is exactly what he is saying. An important piece of information in PE is understanding how much activity your penis can handle with out being over stressed. You want to get close to that point but not exceed it. Of course you have to exceed it occasionally to find out where it is. That is why you’ll hear us talk about conditioning the penis.

In your case if you just add pumping to your existing program you will likely overstress your penis and see negative impact to PI’s. Just back off your other activities when you start to pump, then work your way back up, always watching PI’s.

Can pumping be part of a hanging routine? Let’s say pumping on days where you don’t have time to hang? Is there maybe a synergy?

That also sounds like good advice, thank you! If I end up pumping, then it would be on days that I don’t do hanging or use my Extender.

Now to decide whether I should buy a pump and which one 😅

This is a good question- would it be possible to combine pumping and hanging on the same day?

I started at 7.5bpel x 4.5” girth and after two years I’m 8.25 bpel x 5.25 girth.

Goal is 8.5 or 9 bpel x 5.5 girth and I feel that’s big enough for me as long as the girth is 5.5” …I might have to stop at 5.7 girth though because of the minor shrinkage when I stop.

But to answer your question pumping will enlarge the current shape of penis you currently have without deformity ; the most common shapes is a tapered penis shape where the base girth tapers to a smaller girth toward the glans and a cylindrical shape where the girth is equal throughout the shaft.

Yes, I definitely would like to know your routine-how much time and what negative pressures you are using as well as any other routines.
