Dr joel kaplan

Does anyone own a joel kaplan pump?
If yes do you guys use the 2nd cylinder for length with scrotum?
Or you guys only stick with only the 1st cylinder and move up with different diameter with 1st cylinder in process?

Anyways check it out the 2nd cylinder if you guys don’t know what I mean

I have a Kaplan pump. I love it, it’s a great pump. I now use it for water pumping even. I’ve used it on and off for several years and it still works great. Mine has a 2” diameter cylinder. Very high quality in my opinion.

No need for additional cylinders and other fancy options in my opinion. I bought mine for about $35 new from an Ebay seller back in 2003.

Ok you have 2” diameter and what size of diameter you have in the past?

Got one of those too and it’s worked well. At ~$80 it was definitely cheaper than the other quality alternatives.
