I prefer not to ejaculate right after pumping but to keep my extended size at least for a few hours. Ejaculating after pumping is neither good or nor bad. I’ve done both and made gains over time.

It is always good to masturbate or have sex after pumping to get rid of the congestion of blood which is still in the penis. Just about any pump you buy will tell you this.
