I would think being erect with some pressure may help, esp girth, possibly some length

In my expirience my girth got bigger while pumped and length got smaller while erect outside the tube with the ruler and tape measure

are you sure that more fluids depend on non-erection? or just because it was the second session. try the opposite
Anyone try this?
I always enter erect and stay hard while pumping. I experience edema when I attempt to enter flacid OR enter erect, lose erection and continue to pump. High pressures don’t seem to do it either but I never spent a lot of time at high pressures.
Pumping erect, I only get edema if I pump past 25 minutes or so.
