Finding a different size homemade cylinder?

My EG is 5.25" and I’m pumping mostly to improve erection quality. I use a 2" acrylic aquarium cleaner tube fitted with a piece of bicycle inner tube for a gasket. But even with the gasket and relatively low Hg pressure, it too easily sucks the vas deferens into the tube… resulting in epididymitis.

I’ve read the threads on making your own pump, etc. and searched some of the commercial plastic tubing sites like McMaster-Carr and http://www.tapp lastics.com/sho … 018101519444703 . But is there any cheap and relatively easy place to find an acrylic tube with 1.75 inner diameter? I live in a small town with a small hardware store. I’ve wandered aisles at Wal-Mart. I’m not ready to order from LAPD, etc. when I know there’s got to be an easier, cheaper solution.

Some aquarium supply stores carry a smaller vacuum tube. I bought one at PetSmart a while back that was 1 5/8”.

A little smaller than 1 3/4” but might work for you.

Yah just go to any aquarium supply store. Petco, etc. They have tubes that are a little smaller.

I’m actually looking for an acrylic tube that is larger then 2 inch? Anyone have any idea where I could find those. I’ve tried Pet stores with no luck and I like Josh said I don’t want to buy an expensive tube when I could possibly find a cheaper alternative.

If you live in a small town you might try doing a google search for Fish tank acrylic tubes (or a variation on that to be more precise for your requirements.).

I got my Lapdist more than a year ago. I was less than you but ordered a 9 x 2 cylinder.

I had problems only for the very first sessions then I began packing at the base, so without testicles problems anymore. Now I am planning an upgrade.
I understand the necessity of finding a cheaper solution but you might also consider that lapdist products are professional.

Mark, what’s your routine? I realize, of course, that two guys with same starting stats could do the exact same routine and “grow” at different rates. Are you using a straight, unmodified tube? I flared mine (so it wouldn’t dig in) before adding some bicycle inner tube. I’m now wondering if I’d be “packing” it sooner at the base if I was using a straight tube.

For now, I’m using a PVC pipe that’s 1 5/8”, inner diameter. It’s not flared, but I added a bit of innertube to help keep a seal. This arrangement doesn’t suck in the testicles or vas, but it lacks the advantage of visual monitoring that one has with clear acrylic tubing.

Presently I do a routine like this 3-4 times a week:

1 x 15-20 minutes pump 5" Hg
1 x 5-10 minutes jelq and squeezes
1 x 15-20 minutes pump 5" Hg
Some times I finish my work with 20-30 minutes of edging.

Theres been guys who pumped with empty caulk tubes. One of our posters grew to the size of his caulk tube over the years. Most of us won’t take a chance, and just buy a proper pump.

Any initial stretching? Heat or warm up? Do you go into the tube at 100%, or do you use it to help get it up to that level?

Optimalss, I remember coming across a reference to the caulk tube alternative, and what a hassle it was to clean out the caulk. So I didn’t give it a second thought at the time. But if one can manage an opaque tube, it’s definitely a cheap alternative. Without visual monitoring, a gauge seems preferable to just oral suction, at least for a newbie. I’ve done enough pumping that I can usually tell when the inches Hg are too much. Another factor is if one is just doing it for erectile toning, and not for stretching/stressing the tunica, etc.
Anyway, thanks for the reminder about caulking tubes.

I don’t like doing stretching before pumping.

Yes I go in the tube 90-100% erect, and yes I always do my warm up with hot water before my lenght and girth work.
