I attempted adding pumping into my routine and was not happy with my results.
Maybe I didn’t do it long enough but maybe some of you guys can pump me up to pumping again?
So for now I went back to my old routine.
I wear and ADS most of the day, in the evening I jelq for 30 min, at the end of my session
I clamp while showering.
I added the pump into my routine above for about 2 weeks. I would jelq, pump, jelq, pump, jelq.
I was really excited at first, of course my cock looked great.
But after that second week I did some measuring and was disappointed that I had lost some
Of my previous gains. The only thing that had changed was the pump.
So, I am back to my old routine where I had been pleased with what I had.
