Full-Package Pumping

Hello,

I would like to hear from anyone about their experiences with full package pumping (pumping both penis and balls).

Any permanent gains?? If so, describe the gains.

I had a scrotum cylinder back in 2002 from Joel Kaplin. It seemed to work and possibly pull ligs down more

I wonder why these aren’t sold. I liked it better than a penis only pump and thought it may have helped with gains
