Standard vs Full Pumping?

I am very ambivalent when it comes to choosing a pumping package:

Should I go with the ordinary Pump with 1 tube (Penis Only) for $74.99
Or
Should I go with the ordinary Pump with 2 Tubes (1 for Penis Only, 1 for Penis+Scrotum) for $136.84

Which one should I choose for the best results? Should I be OK with just the first package or is the second package worth the money better?

Do you want to pump your balls? If not then the first one with one tube should be all you need for PE, and make sure you select the right size tube.

Any benefits from pumping the scrotum? Ive heard that it can make you impotent but it is not a valuable source I got it from (a friend).

You can pump the scrotum and not become impotent. Just as with pumping or any other form of PE, for that matter, be careful, and avoid extremes.
