bizzabolla, from my experience, which is almost nothing compared to some of the vets that you can find here at the pumper’s forum, the best way is really to maintain below the 5hg. Since I’ve started pumping, I haven’t had any sort of blood spots, with the exception of one as the result of some exercises I’ve been doing (horses).
I’ve always tried to pump safe, and even though I know it will probably happen slowly, I know I will get my gains. Try to stay away from injuries, otherwise you may have to spend a lot of time healing. Stay below your trauma line, and don’t forget, everyone’s different anyway, so try to do what feels RIGHT for you. Just my 2 cents.
