Packing the pump & aiming for length

Been pumping on & off, used to pack my pump girth-wise in 30 minutes. Once I packed my pump, I continued to pump ~ 5 mmHg for another 15 minutes. Seems too much pressure focused on my glans, then suddenly developed two blood blister!!

It had adequate heating but guess I pumped for too long. Any idea how to aim for length once you filled the pump girth wise, while not resorting to glans blisters?

I’ve had some issues in this area. I’m going to try 3M surgical tape. If you look at vacuum extenders, they suggest using this tape. Wouldn’t you know, my first blister came from using a vacuum extender without tape.

Blisters, petechiae and other issues from pumping are a result of more vaccum and time than the penis can handle. Options are to reduce one or both variables until you don’t have the issues.

In Farhan’s situation I would suggest that you split your routine into two sessions. Twice a day works or just take a long enough break between sessions to give your penis a massage and rest break. For your example, instead of 45 min, have a 30 min, take a break and then go for another 15 or even 20 min session. Of course, pay close attention to session 2 until you get comfortable with how long you can go without a problem.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Always so accurate. I got into the exactly same conclusions :D .

I had two blisters in the first month of pumping. One quite painful. I have not had a blister since I started using warm water. I have a thermometer and I try to use 43C. No more than 45C. Since the blisters I have also been taking really long breaks between sets.

I wonder if putting on a condom would help?

This worked great. I took 2 weeks to heal from my blood blister. Then tried 4 x 30 minute session instead of getting injured with just 45 minutes. Worked well. Will adjust based in my EQ.
