Glans enlargment

I was just wondering if the enlarged glans that I experence after a pumping session will become permanant with a regular pump session? They only get this way after a pumping session only, even after jelqing 200 times nothing like the pump. This enlargement gives a much better visual apperance.

Sounds like the constant negative pressure around your unit is causing fluid to build up in your head enlarging it. Versus when you jelq the internal pressure in not constant, and thus the fluid does not have time to build up. I don’t know anything about the permanence of pumping from personal experience, maybe someone else will help. If not I am sure this has been discussed many times, you may try a search.

The reason penis enlargement works is because the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa accommodates the expansion of jelqing by generating new tissue. This occurs over a period of time and with repeated expansion by greater than normal pressure. The glans has no tunica. It is like a balloon. It expands, but rebounds to its original shape. This occurs with internal pressure (jelqing that involves the corpus spongiosum, which is a continuation of the glans) or with external vacuum. The vacuum reduces the atmospheric pressure surrounding the glans and allows your normal blood pressure to expand the tissues beyond the size they would reach with a normal erection. But because the spongy tissue just contracts when the vacuum is released it’s very difficult to attain enlargement.

There are those here who have had some success, but they’ve had to work very hard and usually did so by internal pressure (Uli’s, clamp devices, etc.) and not by pumping. But anything is possible and if you did it often enough you might stretch things out so that the larger appearance would be more or less permanent. Head enlargement is not easy to achieve. You’ll have to work hard if that’s part of your goals.

It dosnt contract imediatly, it stayes enlarged for around 30 mins or so. I was wondering if the addition of a cock ring to keep it this way longer would help.

It stays for a while because the edema (excess tissue fluid) needs some time to get reabsorbed into the blood.

A cock ring - if tight enough - hinders the reuptake and would prolong the swelling of your glans.

As ttt says. Perhaps the longer you’re able to keep it swollen the more likely it will be to expand a bit. Just be careful about getting things too tight and cutting off blood inflow.
