How much did you gain with pure manual routine during 4 years ?

Hi…not much I can say. Roughly half inches or less in length and girth. I was not very consistent in training because of the privacy issues. But when I started pumping I feel the difference and I spend almost 350 USD in buying pumps…got wrong size and cheap pump first…then buy another like that. Now with leluv which is good

Meaning what was your pump routine from April until (2) weeks ago?

Hi…I started with 5 minutes pumping for few days then 2 x 5 minutes for few days… Then 3 x 5minutes for few days. Later on i did dynamic pumping 20 mins in which every one minute I used to pump to 5hg followed by 30 second low hg ie 1 or 2hg. It was the routine 2 weeks ago and I remember i did 4 or 5 days continue routine and 3 rd day I got some discomfort or mild burning feeling affer the routine. I think got some soreness of the shaft and which made my gains little vanished. Anyway now I am doing alternate day routine start with 5 minute warm up…10 mins stretches….5 mins jelqs. Then dynamic pumping for 20 mins.

Now i am very stick to the alternate day schedule and so far I feel the gain is on the way…some signs like flaccid size increase. My routine before depends on free days like 3 or 4 days continuos and then may be one rest. I beleive pumping or any other form of PE need more rest days…what is your thoughts

The amount of rest needed will solely depend on how your dick response to the stimuli given. There are some guys who pump twice a day and are okay with doing so 5-6 days a week and taking 1-2 rest days.

Others pump 5-6 days in a row and rest 1 or 2.

In the case of you and the feedback your dick is giving you with the alternating day schedule, if that’s what’s working for you then stick with it.

Unfortunately there’s no “right or wrong” answer on how often you should rest between sessions. What is universal is you want to pay attention to how your dick reacts and keep track of positive and negative PIs.

An update. I took the advice at the beginning of this thread. It is now two and a half years later and I have gained nothing in girth and nothing in length. I have consistently pumped for a total of 3 years and didn’t gain anything. I did add some clamping and reduced my pumping accordingly for three months and also got zero results.

What were your decons like during that three years?

There were a few each year. Some were unplanned where something in my life happened - such as a vacation - and I took a week off. I also took a two week break twice. I had very good EQ throughout, so it didn’t feel like I needed more rest than that.

If you plateau and aren’t making gains you need a longer deconditioning break. I believe it takes 210 days for 80% of your connective tissues to cycle after which you should be able to gain.

Not sure what to do with this information since I can’t say I plateaued since I never gained. Also, are you recommending a 210 day decon break? I’ve never read any posts on here about a break that long.

Yes 210 days. Not growing is the same as a plateau. Your tissues are somehow toughened. Could be from all kinds of things. If you read some of the long science threads you’ll see a few studies mentioning this length of a break for when you’re not gaining.
