Hi all…I have good gain since i start my pumping since this year April. Two weeks ago I noticed a visible length increase and also girth. After that I did 4 days pumping and jelqing routine. 25 minutes pumping per day. I started with 5 minutes warm up by hot wash clothes, followed by 10 mins stretching. Then 5 mins slow jelqs and enter in to the 1.75” tube. Release the pressure to 0 in every 5 minutes. On third consecutive day I feel a dull pain and mild burning on my shaft after the session. After that day I loose that good gain which i noticed. I think for pumping or any PE exercised rest days are more important. What do u think guys about my case.Thanks
