Good Results From Packing The Tube

I know this thread is in beginner’s thread. But I am no beginner, and I do not recommend this for beginners. I can’t post this anywhere else.

I started pumping for length last night and decided to use a tube that I could pack. Around one hour, I packed 4/5 the way up. Everything packed except right under then glans and I was able to push 1/4” passed EL. I have a little fluid that would be gone in a few hours. My girth and length would go back to normal the next day.

Last night I decided to pump for two hours and I completely packed the entire tube around my shaft. When I pulled out, i had a massive donut around my glans. I think it was because i had to keep pumping to around 10hg because my seal would fall apart. Anyways, when i pulled out the tube, I did have fluid but a lot of it was solid. I woke up this morning, the girth midshaft was 1/8” larger but my length and base girth was down a little due to EQ loss. Midshaft girth is hard to come by for me, but now I see it can expand after some time. I can still generate an erection easily afterwards too.

I know packing is generally for length gains, but I’m wondering if anyone else had great girth gains from packing the tube?
I will try pumping again the same way today, or I might rest.

I will keep you updated, as I am receiving a new tube that I can pack this week.

Also, a question that would benefit myself and others. Is pumping best done in sets or one continuous set? I typically do one set, but I read about everyone else doing multiple sets.

Break the sets up and edge in between.

I have pumped quite a bit, but never with a packed tube. Is 3 sets 10 minutes each a good place to start?

Did two long sessions with low pressure, breaking up the sets into 10-15 minutes, 30-45 minutes total. Too soon to tell for gains, but I was able to stretch farther in the tube 9” BP!

If you want to gain more girth, I would suggest moving up one tube size once you pack. You can do ½ your routine in the smaller tube and then stage up to the larger tube for your second set. Ending with a large donut is not going to help girth as that is just skin filled with lymph fluid. What your need for lasting girth is for your tunica to expand and grow.

I think you should also try using just 7 or 8 max pressure. Your tunica should still expand and hopefully you will get less lymph fluid build up.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

When I was actively pumping, I pumped 20 minutes in the morning at 5 hg and again at night, five or six days a week. However, I only fully packed the cylinder when I pumped for 45 minutes at 4 hg. At this point, I Would move up in size. After five years, I had gained over one inch in girth.

I did this and they have been the best sessions I’ve ever had: half an hour packed, then half an hour in the bigger tube. The packed tube made sure I was at max length and also helped reduce fluid build up. The following days I had the fattest erections and they weren’t a “puffy” residual from pumping, but hard, full erections. As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, the pressure I was using before this was too high. This has really helped me increase the quality of my sessions, and my girth is really increasing *while* getting a good stretch.

I actually use 5hg. My tunica was expanded but the part right under glans would be fluid filled. Everything else would be solid. I recently switched to two 20 minute sessions a day 2on/1off with jelqs and can’t tell if it’s better.

When packing the tube I had to go 1on/2off otherwise my EQ would be low and I would just be building fatigue off a beaten dick. I was going for 2 hours straight, which is probably why I had fluid now that I think about it. My routine now gives me okay EQ, but my gut is telling me those two hour pump sessions were best. I pack 3/4 of the way up during each 20 minute session, but the expansion is nothing like the two hour one of course.

I read that pumping only gives gains alone when using extreme duration or pressure, otherwise you have to stretch or jelq.

Would stretching and jelqing with shorter durations be better than packing the tube consistently?

Good question. Jelqing allows for greater stretching force, but perhaps the same strain can be achieved from pumping with sufficient heat. I’ve noticed that low heat reduces length 1/4” compared to higher heat in the tube. It is true for me: Heat = Greater Packing & Length.

Differences in Pressure

I think the benefit jelqing has over pumping is the internal pressure (penis). So the stretching force is coming from the inside; while, for pumping, the stretching force is coming from the outside. Think like pushing vs pulling. Maybe it’s better to have a combination of the two?

Maybe that’s why I liked pumping with a c-ring; it combined the two expanding pressures at one time.

I’ve had huge girth gains packing. I pack my tube in every pump session. I don’t come out of the tube unless it is packed. Milking the tube and heat helps alot

Hey guys I’m new to this, What do you guys mean by packing ?

Packing is when the full length of your cock up to the circ scar is pressed up against the inside wall of the cylinder so there is no more room for expansion.
