Is it better to warm-up first or can I do this without a warm-up? From which pressure you’ve started? How high can I go? Which was the worst complication you’ve got?
You said you read many threads, but that does seem unlikely. To ask the questions that you have asked means that you have either not understood what you have read or somehow have not read most or all of the most useful and informative threads. The ‘Pumping 101’ thread as mentioned above would be a great place for you to start your new reading from. If you have never pumped before or don’t yet have a pump, before commencing that would be a *must read* thread in my opinion.
To answer some of your questions in brief:
- You “do a pump session” by placing your penis in a cylinder and sucking the air out of the cylinder.
- It works by reducing the local atmospheric pressure around your penis. It is believed that blood and other bodily fluids travel more easily into the penis due to the lowered pressure. The penis can then enlarge more than usual with blood and other bodily fluids as a greater amount can enter the penis in this state.
- Start with the newbie routine. You need to get a little experience in first before you decide on a pump routine tailored for your specific needs. Or just stay with the newbie routine.
- The cylinder size required can be determined by your erection size. Typically it is said to use a cylinder 1/4 inch bigger and 2 inch longer than your erection. After some pumping experience you might start to completely “pack” the cylinder at which point you might need to consider a larger cylinder.
- You do not need to warm up, but it is said that it is much better to warm up before pumping as results will come easier and faster.
- The often quoted maximum vacuum pressure is said to be not more than 4 to 5 inch Hg. Best pressure is low. This is both for reasons of safety and also efficiency. Higher pressures are said to be both unsafe and also actually reduce efficiency.
- Complications and injuries might include: discolouration, red spots (petechiae), bruising, blisters, loss of sensation (numbness), loss of EQ, lowered erection angle, and probably some others I forgot.
No, "mch" does not stand for "my cock's huger!"
... although it may do in the foreseeable future! :D
