How Do I Get Glans And Shaft Expansion?

When I pump I noticed my base definitely expands. I have been trying to work on more girth on my glans and the rest of my shaft just below. Is it just going to take time and more time in the tube to get that area to expand along with my base?

The same thing happens to me. I was able to tell you that more time in the tube will not give you the result you want.

Are you currently packing the tube at the base? Your current, non-mushroom tip tube. If there’s space around your shaft and head already, more space around them in a different shaped tube will not create more vacuum, or increased expansion. A tube you pack at the base, or the first inch or so, will provide enough space for expansion for the remaining shaft and head. Good luck to you at any rate.

Well said. If your head isn’t mashed on your current cylinder than the mushroom types won’t provide any benefit.

I am packing the base. Do you suggest then maybe it will just take time to see the rest of my penis expand then? Should I do more pressure? Or maybe longer and more frequent pump seasions?

I was asked for my experience elsewhere so I’ll chime in. I was pumping with a traditional cylinder and always noted my head would seal off the chamber and seemingly block vacuum from the rest of the shaft. I actually made my own glans cylinder by cutting the end of a 2.25 cylinder on a 45 degree angle and inserting a 2” cylinder cut to match in it with some shimming from scrap lexan and lots of glue. I tried this low budget approach first and liked the results so I bought the Glans Expand after my glue together job broke.

The difference in this tube is definitely there. It’s a nice piece of equipment and allows expansion of the head without too much fluid buildup. I actually ordered mine almost 1/4” long to encourage uniform shaft growth for the little bit I want to gain.

I’m sorry that I’m the worst PE’er ever and am inconsistent in my routine and never measure. I don’t have any hard evidence for you. I can tell you though that the feel while pumping, the look of my unit after, and the look of my girlfriend’s eyes when I enter her after using it have all made me happy with my purchase.
