Aim: glans expansion. technique: urethral dilatation

I purchased a set of urethral sounds made from surgical quality stainless steel, with the following dimensions: 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 F (1 F = 3 mm).

I have been training for months approximately 1 hour once a week with sounds of successive dimensions and am now able to insert the biggest sound.

My glans seems much bigger than before.

What I also like is that the corpus spongiosum (which surrounds the urethra) has become bigger.

Finally, the opening of the urethra (the meatus) has become bigger.

Overall, a nice contribution to PE.

Side effect: erectile quality has improved quite a bit.

What are sounds?

Wow, that’s pretty wild. I’ve always wanted to have “shooting” ejaculations, and a few years back I wondered if doing this would possibly help. Did you notice any difference? Also, where did you order your “sounds” from?

It sounds (no pun intended) that you’re putting metal rods with varying thickness in your urethra and over time got some head gains. Is that correct? It really does make me shudder to think about putting things up that hole but maybe I didn’t understand correctly.

Actually I would think that using sounds would have the opposite effect. When the urethra is enlarged, pressure decreases and so will shooting distance.

Yes, that occured to me also. I just thought it would clear a wider road, like the urethra was slowing down the semen as it exited. And I always liked the look of a nice, pronounced CS, on my favorite pornstar’s cocks.

I compared a lot, this is premium medical quality at a very reasonable price.

The sounds are “Van Buren” type (check google), curved and tapered tip, and have a length of 27 cm. You can - if you like - go all the way through the prostate into the urinary bladder (this - by the way - provides exquisite, previously unknown erotic sensations).

You must use sterile jelly with al local anesthetic (2 % xylocain gel) to lubricate the urethra. Be very patient when reaching the tight parts of the urethra (check the www for anatomic details). Stop if pain is too strong, it results from stretching in the smooth muscles of the urethra which need time to adapt to increasing sound size.

All at everybody’s own risk, of course.

Regarding ejaculation distance I have not checked but I will and will report of course.

Erection quality is improved by one to two tics on a scale from 1 to ten. 1 am normally at 7-9, the two days following dilatation 9-10.

I have no measurements regarding corpus spongiosum and glans gains, - it just looks and feels a better. My lady commented that my glans feels so good (she knows that I practice pe but usually ridiculizes my activities as useless and unneccessary).

I don’t know whether I’m more horrified or fascinated.

By the way, simple physics tells you that larger urethra means less shooting distance.
