Ahh, fluid mechanics: V1A1=V2A2. Also known as the continuity equation Where V is velocity and A is cross sectional area. As you increase the cross-sectional area, the velocity of the flow goes down to keep both sides of the equation equal. No way around it if everything else stays constant.

You could urinate with a thicker stream. Impress your friends.

My steam has always been weak and piddly, and it shits me to tears. And I genuinly believe others may make assumptions about penis size based on your stream, which is noticedable in bathrooms or pissing in a park, or even at someone’s house with bad acoustics.

You know, I was only halfway joking with that comment (I mean, I was joking, but there’s a little truth in it). I have an X-girlfriend who thought you weren’t a real man if you couldn’t piss with a mega-thick stream. Part of the idea came from her brother who was a giant 6’4” college football player who supposedly could piss half a gallon (yeah right). I can’t believe there’s a whole thread on the subject.

If I at least somehow got him right it`s about getting a bigger glans and even some CS improvement. It`s not about getting a huge urethra in the first place.

I`m really interested in the glans widening. So far all I have read about it, is that it`s not really possible at all so by any means some more details on that please. Before / after measurements? Overall thickening/ widening of the glans? Total volumes?

I am sorry, I have no measurements, - in fact, I didn’t expect much change.

Thanks for posting this. Certainly a creative way to approach PE. A method to expand glans size would be good to have.

You mentioned that your glans seems bigger but you don’t have any measurements. Do you think that it seems bigger because the meatus is bigger, or has the actual glans size/volume/circumference increased?

Your routine was 1hour once a week. Any reason that you had a weeks rest between sessions?

FWIW: while searching for sounds, I found lots of threads of guys using them in the newart forum’s “Body Piercing and Modification” subforum. A note to the squeamish, newart is not a PE forum, but a forum for people who like doing strange things to their bodies. Do not go there if that offends you!

After a quick read of that forum, it seems that most of them are using sounds/plugs for pleasure reasons, not for enlargement. There are a lot of old threads on that forum. I will have a closer look later and see if any guys report any permanent size gains.

I will try to answer all your questions:

The meatus is certainly bigger, which looks pretty nice I would say but volume / circumference have increased too. The glans is also more sensitive.

The website you found is pretty expensive. The difference between sounds and dilators - I am not sure if there is any. Van buren are nice because of the curved tip which facilitates passage through the prostate and the adequate length.

In the beginning I had some smearing of fluid after a session and thought it would be a good idea to wait until everything is back to normal. Now, I experience practically no more smearing and I had two sessions a week recently lasting only 30 minutes.

Strange things don’t offend me (in fact, they often attract me).

Steelpleasures has no sounds or dilators as far as I remember my last visit at that site.

If you want to buy sounds check for surgical quality stainless steel. It is more expensive but better for your urethra. There is a source in the thread opener.
