I am new to all of this I am just curious what is the deal with technique? Do you guys pump and hold and max for some time or you just pump and as soon as it hits max you release the valve down to start??

I never understood that part.. Can someone please help/clarify?

I woulnt bother posting if I found an answer.. I’m not lazy.. Still there is no info on whether and how long do you hold a max vacuum and do you release till end or to some degree .

I started pumping a month ago, and found all the information I needed here at Thunders.

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

There are lots of routines, but they are all based on pumping to a target pressure and holding. The length of the hold depends on your conditioning.

A start routine for incremental pumping would be pump to 3”hg and hold for 5 minutes. While still holding, increase to 4”hg for an additional 5 minutes and then while still holding, increase to 5”hg for an additional 5 minutes. Then release and massage. As you get more and more conditioned, the total time of this routine can be slowly increased to 30 minutes.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey gprent thanks .,I have one issue.. I have a bit of loose skin, like scrotalisation .so there is alot of skin being pulled inside instead of my dick.. The condition is annoying but cause if it I can’t pump to max.. Do you have any experience or trick for this?

You can try 2 things. First be careful with the amount of lube you get in that area and second and perhaps the best solution, start with an erection and bone press the tube into your crotch when you begin to pump up.
