I’ve personally always thought that muscle is built by creating micro-tears (e.g. by weightlifting). I’m not sure if this is correct, it’s just something I’ve always heard.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s the same kind of thing that makes a penis gain length/girth, but to be honest I’m not really sure what it is— there doesn’t seem to be any clinical evidence to prove exactly how PE works (or at least I’ve not seen it), so I really don’t know for sure what exactly is causing my gains.
I can say that I’ve been steadily gaining for quite a few months by consistently hanging relatively low weights (relative to what a lot of other hangers hang), but I do so over a longer period (I aim for 12 sets a day at 3kg). This for the most part is a constant static force (static Static - definition of static by The Free Dictionary definition 1 (adj.))
The gains I experience with this routine match those advertised (by MSP concept) as the maximum possible through the use of the Penimaster. Penimaster gains are attributed to cell production as a reaction to stress placed on the penis by the device.
To be honest I couldn’t say for certain what it is that causes the growth I’m experiencing (or if my growth matching that of the Penimaster’s maximum is just a coincidence), and until there’s some proper research conducted to find out how it works I don’t think anyone can really say for certain just how it happens— all we can really do is offer conjecture.
There is evidence to suggest that too heavy a weight or sudden jerks of the weight will cause the collagen in the Penis to knit in a certain way that can slow or stop gains (which is why it’s good to take a deconditioning break if you’ve been hanging heavier and heavier while your gains have slowly stopped).
