I have been considering pumping recently and I have noticed that the results from it vary greatly. Some people report zero gains and others say their girth exploded due to it. The outcome of clamping seems to be way more consistent.

I am aware that different bodies react to exercises differently, but do you have any tips on how to make pumping more effective? Do you see any patterns from the people who actually gain from it?

Pumping while using constant heat and add jelqing either before or after the pumping session.

It takes trial to find which pressure you react to without overly fatiguing your penis. My first routine was causing negative pi’s and I needed to find my optimum pressure and length of sessions. Try, and then be prepared to adjust routine and frequency of sessions.

My dick reacted well to two 20 minute sessions a day at 5 hg and one 45 minute session per week at 4 hg.and also some pulse pumping. I did this for about five years and gained 1.1”.

I cannot imagine a healthy pump routine that doesn’t result in at least some degree of girth improvement.

What makes a pump routine healthy and successful in your opinion?

And do you mind sharing how much it exploded?

Don’t try to rush the process. Condition yourself slowly and be patient.

Start off with just 3inhg pressure for 5 minutes and get used to that. Then go to 4inhg, and eventually 5inhg. As you progress, keep adding more and more time in the cylinder, up to 25-30 minutes continuous in the tube. You can use the 5inhg pressure for a very long time before adding more pressure to the equation.

Your cock will tell you if you are going at is to hard or fast, usually in the form of little red spots from ruptured capillaries. If that happens, just take a couple of days off for them to heal and disappear.

Thanks for the tip. I am not in Germany anymore, but I am still in Europe so ordering from the UK is definitely an option.

Heat made a huge difference in my routine and I feel that I reduced my constant blisters. What I believe to be a factor in my gains was that I treated my pumping like my hanging. ( I pump for length only ). When I finish my pumps, I immediately go into a sleeve or my stretcher. BUT, when I do this after pumping I use a larger more stretched out sleeve that I stretched out for this purpose. So in doing this, these two options hold my glans in a slightly larger state as well as always they keep my penis slightly engorged, as well as elongated. The sleeve alone will keep the head much more “pumped” than the stretcher. But they stretcher will keep a force that the sleeve won’t. So I go back an forth.

As with anything consistency leds to results

In the case of PE, pay attention to your body and the feedback it provides and take it slowly with pumping. It is effective, take your time.

What I found productive - next to warming up your penis before a pumping session - ( ànd slowly building up pressure .) is :

Choosing he diameter of your tube - It shouldn’t be too big / or wide. I believe that will not only reduce injury for your meat doesn’t have to expand in all directions at once, but also enhances Length .. Have been pumping for a few years now, but gained about 3 inches that way.
