Beginner Routine with Pumping
Hi everyone,
First of all, I’m new to PE and also new to this forum, I made a lot of researches in the past years, but never found anything concrete and always wondering if PE was a hoax or not and I finally found this forum 1-2 weeks ago which was a revelation to me as it truly convinced me that PE IS POSSIBLE !! Also, sorry if my english isn’t that great and I make mistakes, I am french canadian so it’s my second language.
First of all, I am with my girlfriend since 10 years, we have 3 childs and sex has always been quite good and is even greater lately. It all started about 2 months ago, when we decided to have swigners meeting with an other couple. It went kind of OK and it was fun, but I saw and realised while speaking and seeing other couples pictures etc. That I am kinda under average guys in that domain and even if my girl say that I am very OK with my size and as all woman say that size doesn’t matter, we all know that it DOES matter if you compare 2 guys that equally know how to use their unit correctly.
So this pushed me a little farther in wanting to know if it was really possible to get bigger and if it was, it would get me more confidence not only in bed but probably in life in general as well. Then I went to the sexshop and I decided to buy an air pump that was pretty cheap, 2"x9" with silicone base and hand plastic pump without gauge. I started it without real knowledge only knowing, as I read it somewhere, that I should not do it more than 2x 15min / day and that it should not be painful. After 1-2 weeks, I was wondering if it was only me, but my penis felt slightly bigger in my hands. And not long after, my girlfriend also asked me (as I did it secretly) if it was bigger !? That question made me feel pretty confident about PE and I decided to give it a go for real.
Then I started to read and search more until I found this forum and I am still amazed how much information and advices are in here, THANKS to everyone participating and helping others, it has been a great motivation for me and I want to point out that Thoughtfulgold testimonial and advices are very interesting, if you read this, thanks man !
As of now, I bought a better cylinder (1.75" diameter and one 1.5" diameter coming soon) with a good hand pump with gauge and I am writing this post because I have some questions about my routine as I found the newbie routine only last week and I decided to give it a go this week. As I experienced a bit the pumping, I read that water pumping seem to be more efficient so I also tried it (putting water in my air pump) and I like it a lot more than only air pumping (penis also feels it better, expands more and looks better after pumping).
Only to inform you of my actual conditions (btw I am circumcised), when I started 2 months ago, I was BPEL ±4.5" to 4.75" (as I didn’t know how to measure well) and EG ±4.25". Now I seem to be BPEL 4.75" and EG 4.75" but when I get out pump I am EG 5". So I kind of made nice gains for the short time I’m in as I read through results of others. So now I almost only got girth results, what is normal as this is what pumping seems to help more, but I would want to focus more on length than girth for now as I know girth seem to be kind of easy to get for me with pumping and I know that I will most likely still get girth even if I focus length.
So as the title states, I am building up my routine and I would get some advices.
- First question, in the Newbie routine, can I replace the warmup with hot water pumping at ± 4-5 HG for 10-15 mins and then start 10 mins stretches, ±100 dry jelqs and end up with again hot water pumping for cooldown warm up or does the pumping effect isn’t good mix with manual exercices ?
- Is it better dry jelqs or wet jelqs in newbie routine ?
- How do I avoid baseball bat like visual as I tend to be bigger in the upper part for the moment ?
- I sometimes get tiny red dots on shaft, I read that this might be caused by jelqs, but can I still low level water pump while I have this or should I completely rest until it goes off ?
- I know that hanging might be a better way for length but I am not ready for this (and girlfriend finds it too weird too) so I would prefer to stick with pumping and manual exercises for now, but can I gain length that way ? As stated before, I also bought a smaller cylinder that match my EG size (1.5" diameter) as I read that you have more chances to gain length if you match your size with cylinder..
- I found out something called "Tao-Sex" which is for better sustainability in bed, possibility to achieve multiples orgasms for men and is based on Taoist mentality and their exercises called "Deer Exercise" seems to include some of the manual exercises, does anyone ever heard of it and would it be good to mix with PE routines ?
