How to water pump with any pump setup-no Bathmate needed
I posted it on another forum in response to a request and it was well received so I thought I would share it here. I’m not sure if anyone has posted this kind of instruction anywhere, so pardon if it is redundant information.
If you have a standard pump with a gauge and any cylinder you can try this. No need for an expensive Bathmate or water trap setup, which is more complicated. (Bathmates are still fun toys for the bath tub or hot tub as you can submerge them, but I don’t find them dependable for an actual PE session since there is no gauge and little pressure control.)
Water pumping has the benefits of heat (hot water in the tube) and counteracting subcutaneous edema on longer sessions at higher pressures, which hopefully leads to easier or faster gains.
If anyone has any pointers or better ways to do this, please feel free to post below. I’m still learning like everyone else here:
The steps:
1. Fill tube with water as hot as you can safely tolerate. DO NOT attach the pump yet. Be sure the valve is clicked to the closed position so water doesn’t leak out.
2. Stand in the shower or bath, get an erection and stick it in the tube. Water will leak out as you do.
3. Press the tube against your body so no water leaks.
4. Sit down and point the tube up. Attach the pump and hold it above the level of the tube. This prevents water getting into the line.
5. Pull the tube away from your body and let enough water leak out the bottom to create several inches of air at the top.
6. Push the tube against your body to stop the water running out.
7. With the tube pointing up and the air at the top start pumping. Be sure to keep air next to the valve.
8. If you pump up to near target pressure and there isn’t any more air then release vacuum and drain a little more water out the bottom. Start pumping again.
9. As you expand through the session the air gap will decrease and might not be enough to get up to the target vacuum level so repeat step 8 as needed
10. Get a big dick!
Troubleshooting: If you notice your gauge needle jumping back and forth as you pump you have water in the line. Disconnect the tube, let the line hang down and shake the water out. If you’ve pumped water into the pump itself you will have to shake that out, too.
CAUTION: the dynamics of water pumping are different than air pumping. Your vacuum will increase VERY QUICKLY. You won’t need squeeze your pump very many times to get up to the target vacuum level so as you pump watch your gauge closely until you get a feel for it.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
