Injuries?

I have used a penis pump before and I just got another one. I have been using it for about 4 months. I have a leluv air pump with a pressure gauge. After pumping I usually get some fluid buildup and I also get some red dots. These symptoms both go away the next day. Is this something I should worry about? I pump pump for 15 minutes in 5 minute reps. I do 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm. Which is like 6-8 in. Hg. I did 10 minutes sessions for my first 2 and half months. Am I over pumping? I don’t have any problems in erection quality or getting erections. The red dots aren’t like deep red color and I sometimes only see them when I bend to inspect my penis flaccid.

Yes, you need to reduce pressure to range of 80-120mm (3-5in) and should see an improvement.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thanks for the reply. Okay, I’m going do that. I’ll try lowering the pressure and going back down to 10 minute sessions until I’m ready to bump it up. The gauge of my pump is kind of misleading. It has the color black for ranges 5 and under, green for 5-15, and red for anything above that.

Yes your vacuum is too high. Let lower vacuum, time and constant heat work for you.

Low and slow is the way to go.

I’ve been running a leluv setup for a few months now. Starting off was very inconsistent and went way too high on pressures. Started a new routine about 3 weeks ago and I’m still adjusting pressures and bringing them down to find the right spot. Sitting at 5Hg right now and I think that’s the sweet spot for me. Going to run that for a while and see how it works.

250mmHg is 9.8inHg isn’t it?

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

Yeah I think the colors on the gauge threw me off. Also I used a cheap automatic pump, so I was most likely overpumping and it became what felt normal to me. Pumping requires some trial and error.

I’ll have to show a photo of what my gauge looks like. It may be incorrect. Which isn’t good.

I usually shower and then use hot water on my penis as a warm up, while also doing some manual stretches in the shower. When I’m done pumping I go back in the shower and do the hot water again.

Just checked my gauge that is correct. I feel so dumb for not doing this right. I’ll figure it out soon though.

Yeah I assumed that the green area on my pump gauge was supposed to be the range I should stay in. I’m still new to pumping. I had a bathmate and didn’t care for it. I used an automatic pump and liked it, so I decided to go for a more advanced air pump. I love pumping. Hopefully I can get better at it and get better results. I really just want girth gains.

No, the green area is not the safe area especially if you are a newbie. You want to start off at just 3inhg and for a very long while as you get conditioned to pumping and beyond, keep your max pressure at 5inhg. One of the most effective ways to pump is to increase your continuous time in the pump eventually up to 30 minutes at comfortable pressures no higher than 5inhg. For starting, just 5 minutes at 3inhg and slowly increase time from there.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I really wish there were a way to modify some of the older pumping threads with 100+ pages of responses (you know the ones!) to inform everyone that the recommended 5 Hg starting point is HIGH!

Alright thanks for the reply. I’ve been doing it 3 reps of 5 minutes. I’ll drop the pressure and maybe do less time. No lasting injuries. I’ll get back at it.
