Is 60mins EoD safe?
I’m currently doing 30mins EoD at a nice 5-7hg. I take little 30-60sec breaks every 5 mins or so (massage, helicopter, etc)
But I feel like I could keep going, no problem. Is 60mins EoD safe? Or 45min Eod? (5-7hg and still taking the same occasional little breaks, etc)
