yohimbe safe or not?

i know this might not be the right forum for this question but has anyone taken this herb? is 500mg aday safe to take i will be taking 500 of l-arg ginseng and 2000mg ginko boloba?thanks for any help

Just a simple question for ya, how will you know which supp is effective if you start taking all that crap at once? My advice is to start with a small dose of one of the supps, like say L-arg or niacin and see if you get the results you want from that. Why take all that crap and just end up making your “Loo” (sp?) healthy? What are you looking to achieve with these supps? A larger flaccid? If so, try the niacin or a B-50 ( a bunch of B vitamins in one tab and cheap) first, that may be all that you need. BTW, this post will fit better in the Health/Supp forum and you may pick up more input there.
