Is This normal?

After pumping for 10 min. at 5 hg - 6.5 hg, my penis comes out of the tube looking a dark reddish-blue in color. Is this normal?
What color does yours look like right after coming out of the tube?

Trapped blood, mine looks the same way.

Guys: You need to learn to “milk the tube: and kegle strongly when pumping. This refreshes blood supply. Jelq in between sets. Keep vacuum low. Steve

hey Tenn.. is 4 to 5 hg considered low ?

agreed, keep that blood moving even if you have to cut your time down by a minute or so and jelq for a few minutes and then go back into the tube

point1: 3 is definitely low…4….5 avg (w/a couple of weeks getting used to it)…6 avg+….7 a little higher…8 is high.

I used to be one of the high pressure freaks going to 15~20 routinely for that really awesome stretch. This led to sensitivity issues and serious (well duh) donuting. Now my routine is once a day (AM with a nice piss hardon) for 20 minutes pumping to 8~9 letting it gradually slide to 7 then back up to 9 and milking the tube at a moderate pace and with a stroke such that pressure never exceeds 10 (occasionally bumps 12 but just for split second). I’m also kegeling as if to dice a banana.

I don’t donut with this; part of the reason I attribute to using a 2.25 tube (I’m 1 7/8 wide). Alternate days I’ll start in the 2.0 tube for 5~7 minutes then do the remainder in the 2.25.

I do still get bruising but it fades quickly after the session with massage and jelqing. The pump never stayed with me for any length of time at 4~6 HG, even with 30 ~ 40 minute sessions.

Always watch for a donut forming, red spots, and blisters. I’ve never had the blisters even at 20HG but I’ve heard they hurt like a bastard.
