Jacking while pumping

Has any one of you guys that pumps jacked yourself while in the pump, by grabbing the cylinder and jacking up and down I think I may be on to something.

I think what you are referring to is milking the tube, many pumpers do this.

For me it can worsen the donut effect if the pressure is too high.

Ouch the pump I have is way too tight for me to do that.

It does. Done right, it’s one more way to encourage good blood flow during a session. Just be careful not to induce too high a vacuum level in the process.
