Jelq first before pumping?

I’ve heard some people are getting good gain by jelqing first before pumping. Any idea?

Combination routines involving alternating jelqing with pumping are probably some of the best ways to get size gains. For a more detailed routine along this line, read the following in the Pumper’s Forum by Avocet8 called "Vacuum Pumping 101" which emphasizes the use of jelqing along with pumping:
