It’s just pulling the tube away from your body. Like you’re milking or really jerking yourself.

I’ve always done it and I think most have.

What XL is doing that is different is just being very motivated to do a serious amount! I would imagine it’s quite the grip workout too. Win-win a bigger penis and bigger forearms.
