Anyone do this for the duration of your session?

Ive been doing this for a week now and the results are insane.

2.sets.of 15 min. About 100 milks per minute or so.

So around 1500 milks.


Goal 7.5 x 6.5

Start 4/22 6 x 5.25 BG

Current 11/22 6 x 5.5 BG 4-7/8" MG

Kinda intersting. I tried this to take a few weeksnoff from clamping. Just for a changeup.

Ok. So im up 5mm in the tube in less than 2 weeks.

Im hanging 1.5 hrs a day and 2 sets of 15 in the milking tube.

Do you intend to pump up to 5hg then for the duration of the pumping session continue to pump from 4hg up to 6hg?

Did I get it right?

Really liking results. Im .25 longer in the tube after 2 weeks.

I do 2 on 2 off 2 on 1 off.

So MT. FS then off Sunday.

I hang 6 days off sunday.

Starting to see some results.

I like. Fwiw

Im about 100 milks per minute so around 1500 per 15 min session.

I do 2- 15 min. So around 3000 each session.

Thats about 12000 milks per week.

So 2 days on and 2 off is a good pace. Good eq.and nice expansion when work days occur.

Will rest.from the tube tom and thurs.

Pleased it’s working so well for you. I’ve tried it to a much smaller degree. I can’t imagine maintaining 100/minute for 15 minutes. I’ve tossed like 10-15 in the middle of a round since you brought it up. It bumps the pressure some, but I’m pretty happy with the experience without, so I struggle to be motivated to do it.
