Pumping tip: Milking the tube.
I have been reading a few forums on pumping, and found this tip. What you do is slowly work up to your normal HG for the workout. When you feel you have acclimated to the pressure you then slowly milk the tube. Milking the tube is done by slowly pull on it to increase the pressure by 1/2 to 1 HG. This has a uli type effect on the penis, and it also help with the engorgement process. I would get used to using the pumping equipment and your routine first, and have about 1 to 2 months under your belt before you start experimenting.
