Milking the tube, how fast each stroke?

When you milk the tube during pumping, how fast or slow should you go on each stroke for it to be effective? Is it too fast if you do it at quickie masturbation speed? Also, how far should you pull the tube? From my experience, I will lose the seal if I try to pull it way up near the glans.

Doesn’t matter how fast your strokes are. Just pull the tube up until you feel a little more stress being exerted on your shaft, drop it back down. You don’t have to pull the tube far up your shaft to sense the increase, usually just off your pubic bone is enough.
